This will allow you to book online with a credit or debit card, pay a 25% deposit and secure your reservation instantly. The balance of your booking payment will be automatically processed from the card you provide, 7 days prior to your arrival. Should you need to cancel anytime up to 48 hours before your arrival, a small fee of $10 will be charged (see our cancellation policy below). Refunds will be made to your credit card. Packages are priced according to the number of guest bedrooms you wish to use, with a maximum occupancy of four guests (including children aged 2 and over) per room. You may wish to have fewer guests per room (e.g. one room per couple). That's fine! No matter which package you select, we guarantee exclusivity - the lodge is yours and yours alone for the duration of your stay. Payment PoliciesTo secure your reservation we require a 25% deposit. The balance (75%) is due 7 days prior to your arrival.We accept payment by credit card using the above secure booking site or by direct credit from a New Zealand bank account. If you wish to make a reservation and pay by direct credit please contact us directly and we will send you an invoice with bank account information. CancellationsAll cancellations are subject to a $10 administration fee. In addition, because we are a small business and cancellations affect us significantly, we apply the following strict cancellation policy:Cancellations within 30 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of the total booking price. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price. Cancellations within 48 hours prior to arrival: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
